แอป Mulunara (“เรา”) เป็นปฏิทินจันทรคติไทยและฤกษ์มงคล มีหมวดศาสตร์พยากรณ์ที่เขียนคำทำนายด้วย AI และเป็นแอปคู่กับบูธ Mulunara Pop-up ที่ทำและพิมพ์ “สมุดชีวิต” เฉพาะบุคคล เอกสารนี้อธิบายว่าเราเก็บ ใช้ และปกป้องข้อมูลของคุณอย่างไร

1. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บรวบรวม

• ข้อมูลบัญชี — เบอร์โทรศัพท์ (ยืนยันด้วยรหัส OTP ทาง SMS) รหัสผ่าน (เก็บแบบแฮชเท่านั้น ไม่เก็บรหัสผ่านจริง) ชื่อที่แสดง วันเกิด ข้อมูลที่ไม่บังคับซึ่งคุณเลือกใส่เพื่อให้คำทำนายแม่นยำขึ้น ได้แก่ เวลาเกิด อาชีพ และไทป์ MBTI (เลือกเองหรือบันทึกจากแบบทดสอบ โดยไม่เก็บคำตอบแต่ละข้อ) ความสนใจที่คุณเลือก และรูปโปรไฟล์หากคุณอัปโหลด (เราเก็บเพียงภาพที่ย่อขนาดแล้ว โดยลบข้อมูลตำแหน่งที่ถ่ายและข้อมูลอื่นในไฟล์ออกก่อนเก็บ และลบรูปเมื่อคุณเปลี่ยนกลับเป็นรูปเริ่มต้นหรือลบบัญชี)
• บันทึกและปฏิทิน — อารมณ์ประจำวัน ข้อความบันทึก และวันสำคัญที่คุณบันทึกไว้
• สมุดมู — คำขอพร คำบน และสถานะที่คุณจดไว้ (รอสมหวัง สมหวังแล้ว แก้บนแล้ว) รวมถึงสถานที่ที่คุณกดว่าอยากไปหรือไปมาแล้ว ข้อมูลนี้เก็บในบัญชีของคุณเท่านั้น ไม่ส่งให้ผู้ให้บริการภายนอก คุณลบแต่ละรายการได้เองในแอป และถูกลบทั้งหมดเมื่อลบบัญชี
• ลิงก์แชร์ผลลัพธ์ — เมื่อคุณกด “ส่งลิงก์ให้เพื่อน” ใต้ผลดูดวงหรือผลเกม เราเก็บภาพผลลัพธ์ที่แอปสร้างขึ้น (ภาพเดียวกับที่คุณแชร์เป็นรูปได้ ซึ่งมีชื่อที่แสดงของคุณ) และหัวข้อของผลนั้นไว้ที่หน้าลิงก์ ใครที่ได้ลิงก์ก็เปิดดูได้ หน้าลิงก์ไม่ให้เครื่องมือค้นหาเก็บ เรานับเพียงจำนวนครั้งที่เปิดและที่กดไปดาวน์โหลดแอป ลิงก์และภาพถูกลบอัตโนมัติเมื่อครบ 90 วัน หรือเมื่อคุณลบบัญชี
• ข้อมูลศาสตร์พยากรณ์ — คำถาม อารมณ์ ไพ่ที่ออก วันเวลาและจังหวัดเกิดที่คุณกรอก เบอร์ที่คุณให้วิเคราะห์ ชื่อ วันเกิด และเวลาเกิดของอีกคนที่คุณกรอกเพื่อดูดวงคู่ คำตอบในเกมรู้จักตัวเอง (ตัวเลือกในเรื่องและข้อความที่คุณพิมพ์) ข้อความที่คุยต่อ และคำทำนายที่สร้างขึ้น ข้อมูลของอีกคนเก็บไว้ในประวัติของคุณเท่านั้น และลบไปพร้อมดวงนั้นหรือบัญชีของคุณ โปรดกรอกข้อมูลของผู้อื่นเมื่อเขายินยอมแล้ว
• ข้อมูลสมุดชีวิต (บูธ Mulunara Pop-up) — ชื่อที่จะพิมพ์บนปก วันเวลาและจังหวัดเกิด เรื่องที่สนใจ อาชีพ และ MBTI ที่คุณกรอกในแอปหรือให้ไว้ที่บูธ รวมถึงรหัสคิวและสถานะการทำสมุด
• ข้อมูลการใช้งานและข้อมูลทางเทคนิค — เหตุการณ์ในแอป เวอร์ชันแอป ประเภทอุปกรณ์ และที่อยู่ IP ที่ใช้เชื่อมต่อเซิร์ฟเวอร์

2. วิธีที่เราใช้ข้อมูล

• เพื่อแสดงปฏิทิน ฤกษ์ และสีมงคลที่เหมาะกับวันเกิดของคุณ และเก็บบันทึกของคุณ
• เพื่อเขียนคำทำนายและเก็บประวัติศาสตร์พยากรณ์ของคุณ
• เพื่อทำ พิมพ์ และส่งมอบสมุดชีวิต และให้คุณเปิดอ่านสมุดในแอป
• เพื่อรักษาความปลอดภัยของบัญชี ป้องกันการใช้งานในทางที่ผิด และปรับปรุงแอป

3. ผู้ให้บริการภายนอก (Sub-processors)

• OpenAI — คำทำนายและเนื้อหาในสมุดชีวิตเขียนโดย AI ของ OpenAI เราจะขอความยินยอมในแอปก่อนส่งข้อมูลครั้งแรก เมื่อคุณเริ่มดูดวง คุยต่อ หรือขอสรุป เราส่งเฉพาะข้อมูลที่ใช้ทำนาย ได้แก่ ชื่อเล่น อายุ ข้อมูลดวงที่คำนวณจากวันเวลาและจังหวัดเกิด คำถาม ไพ่ที่เปิด อารมณ์ เบอร์และทะเบียนรถที่คุณให้วิเคราะห์ (เลขบัตรประชาชนเราส่งและเก็บในประวัติเพียงผลรวมกับเลข 4 ตัวท้าย ไม่ส่งและไม่เก็บเลขเต็ม) เรื่องความฝันที่คุณเล่าให้ทำนาย คำตอบในเกมรู้จักตัวเอง และอาชีพกับไทป์ MBTI ที่คุณบันทึกไว้ในโปรไฟล์ (เมื่อเป็นการดูดวงของคุณเอง) เมื่อดูดวงคู่ เราส่งชื่อของอีกคนและข้อมูลดวงที่คำนวณจากวันเกิดของเขาด้วย เมื่อทำสมุดชีวิต (หลังชำระเงินที่บูธ) เราส่งข้อมูลสมุดข้างต้นเพื่อเขียนเนื้อหาในเล่ม เราไม่ส่งรหัสผ่านของคุณ และตามนโยบายของ OpenAI ข้อมูลที่ส่งผ่าน API จะไม่ถูกนำไปฝึกโมเดล
• SMSKUB — ส่งรหัส OTP ทาง SMS โดยเราส่งเฉพาะเบอร์โทรศัพท์และข้อความรหัส
• Apple และ Google — การสมัครสมาชิก Premium ชำระผ่าน App Store หรือ Google Play เราได้รับเพียงหลักฐานการซื้อเพื่อยืนยันสิทธิ์ ไม่ได้รับข้อมูลบัตรของคุณ
• Google Gemini — ใช้สร้างภาพประกอบฝั่งเซิร์ฟเวอร์เท่านั้น ไม่มีการส่งข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้

เราไม่ขายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ และไม่แชร์เพื่อการโฆษณาของบุคคลที่สาม

4. การเก็บรักษาและการลบข้อมูล

เราเก็บข้อมูลของคุณไว้ตราบเท่าที่บัญชียังใช้งานอยู่ คุณลบบัญชีและข้อมูลทั้งหมดได้เองในแอป (โปรไฟล์ → ลบบัญชี) หรือขอเข้าถึง แก้ไข หรือลบข้อมูลได้โดยส่งอีเมลถึง support@thinkv.app เราจะดำเนินการภายใน 30 วัน สมุดชีวิตที่ชำระเงินที่บูธแล้วเป็นหลักฐานการขาย เมื่อลบบัญชีสมุดจะถูกแยกออกจากบัญชี หากต้องการให้ลบข้อมูลในสมุดด้วยโปรดแจ้งทางอีเมล

5. ความปลอดภัย

ข้อมูลถูกส่งผ่านการเชื่อมต่อที่เข้ารหัส (HTTPS) รหัสผ่านถูกแฮชด้วย bcrypt และการเข้าถึงได้รับการยืนยันตัวตนด้วยโทเค็น

6. เด็กและเยาวชน

แอปนี้ไม่ได้มุ่งเป้าไปที่เด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปี และเราไม่เก็บข้อมูลจากเด็กโดยเจตนา

7. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย

เราอาจปรับปรุงนโยบายนี้เป็นครั้งคราว และจะอัปเดตวันที่มีผลบังคับใช้ด้านบนเสมอ

Mulunara (“we”) is a Thai lunar calendar and auspicious-day app, with a readings section whose interpretations are written by AI, and the companion app of the Mulunara Pop-up booth, which makes and prints a personal “Life Book”. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

1. Information We Collect

• Account data — phone number (verified by an SMS one-time code), password (stored hashed only, never in plain text), display name, birth date, the optional details you choose to add for more accurate readings (birth time, occupation and MBTI type, picked yourself or saved from the quiz, whose answers are not kept), the interest topics you choose, and a profile picture if you upload one (we keep only a resized copy, with the location and other file metadata removed, and delete it when you switch back to the default picture or delete your account).
• Journal and calendar — daily moods, notes, and the important dates you save.
• Mu book — the wishes and vows you write down and their status (waiting, come true, vow fulfilled), and the places you mark as want to go or been to. This stays in your account only, is not sent to any third party, can be deleted item by item in the app, and is deleted with your account.
• Shared result links — when you tap “send a link to friends” under a reading or a game result, we keep the result picture the app made (the same picture you can share as an image, which shows your display name) and the result's headline on that link's page. Anyone with the link can open it, and the page asks search engines not to index it. We only count how often it is opened and how often visitors go on to download the app. The link and its pictures are deleted automatically after 90 days, or when you delete your account.
• Readings — your questions, mood, drawn cards, the birth date, time and province you enter, a phone number you ask us to analyse, the name, birth date and birth time of another person you enter for a couple reading, your answers in the personality games (the choices in the story and the text you type), follow-up chat messages, and the generated interpretations. The other person's details are kept only in your reading history and are deleted with that reading or with your account. Please enter someone else's details only with their permission.
• Life Book (Mulunara Pop-up) — the name to print on the cover, birth date, time and province, interests, occupation and MBTI that you enter in the app or give at the booth, plus the pickup code and the book's status.
• Usage and technical data — in-app events, app version, device type, and the IP address used to reach our server.

2. How We Use It

• To show the calendar, auspicious days and the colours for your birth day, and to keep your journal.
• To write readings and keep your reading history.
• To make, print and hand over Life Books, and to let you read yours in the app.
• To secure your account, prevent abuse, and improve the app.

3. Third-Party Sub-processors

• OpenAI — readings and Life Book text are written by OpenAI's AI. The app asks for your consent before anything is sent for the first time. When you start a reading, a follow-up chat or a summary, we send only what the reading uses: nickname, age, the chart computed from your birth date, time and province, your question, the drawn cards, mood, a phone number or car plate you ask us to analyse (for a national ID number we send and keep in history only its digit sum and last four digits, never the whole number), a dream you describe for a dream reading, your answers in the personality games, and the occupation and MBTI type saved on your profile (for readings about yourself). For a couple reading we also send the other person's name and the chart computed from their birth date. When a Life Book is made (after payment at the booth) we send the book details above to write it. We never send your password, and under OpenAI's policy data sent through its API is not used to train models.
• SMSKUB — delivers the SMS one-time code; we send only the phone number and the code message.
• Apple and Google — Premium subscriptions are paid through the App Store or Google Play. We receive only the purchase proof needed to confirm your entitlement, never your card details.
• Google Gemini — used only server-side to generate artwork; no personal user data is sent.

We do not sell your personal data or share it for third-party advertising.

4. Retention & Deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account and all of its data in the app (Profile → Delete account), or request access, correction or deletion by emailing support@thinkv.app; we will act within 30 days. A Life Book paid for at the booth is a sales record: deleting the account detaches it from the account; email us if you also want its contents erased.

5. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, and access is authenticated with tokens.

6. Children

This app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time and will revise the effective date above.
